When I was a teenager, I started to take vacations with my family to places like Antigua and Barbuda, Morocco, the Galápagos Islands, and Cyprus. My parents are from different countries, so I was exposed to different cultures and languages from a young age.
As an adult I’ve moved countries three times, with stints of digital nomading in between.
My experiences have shown me that travel isn’t just the occasional vacation. It can become a big part of your life. And through working holidays, volunteering, digital nomading, or immigration, exploring new countries can be more accessible than you think.
